I had gastric sleeve in 2020 and these have been a lifesaver. Every time I've been taking the Bariatric Advantage vitamins and have gone to get my blood drawn to test levels I always have excellent reading on all of my tests. These multivitamins are Wondeful. They don't leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth and are not super powdery and dry like some others. I have tried capsules and many others and all have failed in comparison to the absorption level for me. TIP: split up the dosage to 2x a day instead of 2 at a time. Works great.

Flavor is great. Tried OTC vitamins from boz stores in the past and bloodwork was always off. Endocrinologist recommended this brand and since I switched I had no issues with bloodwork! Quality vitamins. Highly recommend for the bariatric patient.

So yes, I will agree with everyone in the bottle they smell absolutely horrendous!!! But they taste good and aren’t too chalky! I’m pre-opt GBS so I’m getting my intake requirements in. What I do and would recommend is, taking them out the bottle, airing them out for 10-15 seconds and then switch hands and put them in your mouth. These gets rid of the smell and easier to get the over the mental portion of eating these. I’d also recommend washing your mouth out after sometime (not immediately) because they do keep a flavor in your mouth! But that said they are doing their job and were highly recommended by my bariatrics doctor office.

My doctor recommended these and I've been on them for years. All my labs always come back good. The taste is one I can tolerate. I don't mean tolerate as in force it. If you grew up eating Flintstone vitamins, you can eat these. These come with cotton in the bottle and some sort of packets to preserve them. I've only tried the mixed fruit flavor so can't speak to the other flavors. They will absorb moisture so store them away from the bathroom or near a stove. If you find them hard to chew, let them sit in your mouth for a bit. This goes back to that Flinstone reference, lol. Taste and texture are very similar. I have used this vitamin in the formula with and without the iron. I didn't notice a difference in flavor, just the smell within the bottle. That was expected. Medically, them seem to deliver, my labs speak for them selves. I will say, that at some point along the way, I had a doctor want me to take an additional vitamin B pill that dissolved under my tongue, they believed my fatigue may have been from low levels and it just wasn't showing lacking in the labs... my next labs after taking that additional supplement put me in the high range for that B vitamin. Clearly, I really wasn't lacking anything taking these multivitamins. That doctor had to trouble shoot another way. No easy way out for that guy. I have many health related issues so I'd hate to know where I'd be without these vitamins. They are designed to be the easiest absorbed forms so your body can uptake them properly. As long as I've been on these I'm sure more products have emerged. I just know this one works.

This is the best product I have ever bought. Within 10 days I felt completely better. My health is improved significantly.
