Roughly how much does this cost to run weekly/monthly? UK based.

£12-14 a day in cold months as it takes along time to keep warm. I don’t have it on every day at the moment so it’s hard for me to answer how much it’ll be weekly. Once weather warms up, let’s say may-October, I’d have it on most weekends.

Can the plug be put on to and extension lead outside

The reason why it says in the manual that you must not use an extension lead is simply because you introduce variables, and therefore risk so Bestway blanket cover the issue and say don't use them, it's nothing more than backside covering from their part. People leaving them out in the rain, people not unwinding them fully so they overheat, people draping them over lawns, ponds, washing lines etc. People using battered old extensions that's been in the garage twenty years. That is why they state don't use them. There is nothing particular wrong with extensions PROVIDING they are used correctly and PROVIDING it is sufficiently rated.

Can you have the hot tub on a cool temperature? Thinking of taking it to Greece

Anything from the ambiant temperature of the water up to 40 degrees but an ability to cool the water below ambient then no.
