OK I have ordered the 16"x14"x12" box, which seems small. but the leap of £50+ for the next size up was something I wasn't prepared to do! I can only hope it's not going to be the video'd brown 'moving' box that I get!.. and the cheesy video with them using it as a table or step to the cupboards is a strange choice for a fitness accessory?! I did make a template box, from a used Amazon cardboard box I have, to get a feel for the size of it, prior to my purchase! I'll update this review after I receive it.

I needed a plyo box to use as a hack with Rogue Rhino Belt Squat. I needed a box with a small footprint so I could box squat on the Rhino. This plyo box fit the bill, perfectly. The platform of the Rhino isn't deep enough to hold the box, so I stack rubber matts on the edge of the Rhino to the exact height of the Rhino platform. I sit this box on top of the mats and and the mats create a stable platform at the perfect height. The ply box itself is very stable and rugged. It's not the most comfortable, but the canvas-like outer cover creates good traction on rubber floor mats and does not slip. Not even a little. It can hold a heck of a lot more than 400 lbs, too. I use the box quite a bit, inside my squat rack, for low box squats. I have a nicer, adjustable box to use with the rack, but adjustments can be time consuming and annoying. This box works pretty well for those with both the 14 and 12-inch settings. For the money, this thing can't be beat.

Je recommande également l'achat d'une Médecine Ball de la même marque, elles sont très lourdes et on peut les utiliser en même temps que cette Box. A la base je ne pensais vraiment pas qu'une BOX apporterait quelque-chose mais j'avais tord ! Un achat que je recommande à toutes les personnes qui veulent élever leur niveau sportif.

Needed this for certain workouts for my legs and knees. Can also be used for total floor workouts. Great for home or gym. I like that it has different heights for each side. It is also very heavy to avoid tipping. Caution when using the highest height as it can be wobbly and it is not as stable. For slow step it should be fine. It is built very tough to endure the amount of use, steps and jumping that I don’t see or feel any damages. Use on carpet is adequate and excellent on flat non carpet flooring. Looks like the price has increased since my purchase but still worth the money. I hate leg day but I totally recommend this product!
