The instructions seem to indicate you have to rinse afterwards but all other hydroxyapatite toothpastes indicate not to rinse after brushing?

I usually tell my kids not to rinse right after brushing but to rinse before getting into bed.

Well, it doesn’t state that anywhere on the package or description. However it contains biohap which it states makes up 90% of teeth. I don’t have any more info.

I have been using it for a month and my childs teeth are worse, anyone have any issues like this?

Typically it’s recommended you use fluoridated toothpaste in your oral care routine in conjunction with hydroxyapatite toothpaste. So you’d use one in the morning and the other at night. If your child is too young for fluoride or has an allergy then leave it out of their oral care.
