TECSUN PL-990 Portable Stereo Radio Full Band Digital Tuning High Performance FM Radio AM SW SSB with Bluetooth Speaker MP3

The reception sensitivity of this radio is incredible on both FM and SW. you simply get the radio to search and store all the stations on the FM band …I was so impressed with how many it found …I never realised that I had so much choice. Well the sound quality on FM is exceptional too, you have to hear it to believe it. On Shortwave the tuning is spot on , fine tuning and adjustable bandwidths are great for picking out those weaker stations. SSB reception on SW is so much easier than earlier radios I have used, no twiddling of a BFO knob on this radio , once you get on frequency it’s already set up for you. It also comes with a very nice robust carrying box … when doing a comparison with other dealers make sure they are offering this as part of the package as most I checked out aren’t It also comes with an SSD card included … but I haven’t tried that yet. This radio certainly has the “WOW” factor and is certainly worthy of 5 Stars.

I got this radio because I wanted to scan shortwave to see what's out there. Results are good. But make yourself a good sw antenna.

かつて日本で手に入ったTECSUN S-2000と同等性能です。機能や操作面も同じです。気に入っているのは周波数のプリセットメモリでS-2000同様に使えて便利この上ありません。 気になるPL-990とPL-990ｘ違いはないと思われます。 BluetoothスピーカやMP3プレーヤとしても使える事はお得感があります。持ち運び出来るから何処でも高性能ラジオとして使えます。

とてつもなく早く到着し、梱包もしっかりしていて良かったです。ポーチ状の入れ物にラジオをいれる発想は無かったです。何十年ぶりかの短波ラジオ、また、BCLを再開しようかな。アマチュア無線もやりたくなりました←3アマですが、完全なペーパーです。

AM FMはPL880とあまり変わらないと思います。 MP3プレイヤーが本機から追加されたみたいですが フォルダ間の移動(TINE tuning)ができるので結構使えます。 曲も移動は(tuning)です。 各ボタンはPL880より小さくなって少し押しにくいです。 なれが必要かもしてません。あくまでも比較としてです。 意外とラジオ以外に使えるなというのが第一印象です。

全然だめ fmの感度最悪 通販で2000円前後で買える受信で聞こえるFM 放送局が受信できない。長大な外部アンテナでようやく受信できる。

2020/9/27[追記] アクティブな外部アンテナ(MLA30)、90〜120mあたりで強烈な混変調。 TECSUNでは既知の問題。 ------------- 2020/9/16 ・音楽プレーヤー機能、こんなもんイランと思ってましたが、最初から何曲か入ってて綺麗な音でなるのでまあ、、 ・FineTunigダイヤルでSTEPボタン押さなくて良いので便利。 ・外部アンテナ切替スイッチが便利。 ・ライトが常時オンにできて便利。 ・筐体とスピーカーが多少大きいので音が良い（とおもう） ・受信能力、感度、まだよくわからない。PL330も買ったのでそのうち比較。 ・筐体デザインは思ったほど悪くない。680と比べてダイヤル等質感がいい。 ・PL680がAliだと¥15,000くらいで（再購入しようか）悩むが680での不具合?がいろいろ解消されているのでは？という一縷の望みがある。 ・AliかAmaか。価格差¥14,000〜¥4,000、最安は評価がまだ付いていない（ユーザーが受取ってない）ので怪しい。そう考えると価格差¥4000円くらいと見て、かかる時間／送料／トラブル時の対応言語でAmazon。 ・３万後半だと躊躇しないね。
