First, this is a beautiful, well-crafted collar. I purchased the 18” because product description says it will fit a16” dog. I managed to barely slip it over my English Bull Terrier’s head onto her 16” neck, and it did fit with little slack. But I should have known better because no matter how hard I tried, I could not slip it back off. I had to cut it off with a pair of dikes. I will be purchasing the 21” because I like the quality; no doubt, it will go on & off. It is my experience that a two inch difference (in spite of the description) is not enough.

Great collar. I was never a fan of chrome choke collars because the chrome flakes off and looks crummy, and I wanted a collar that wouldn’t ruin her fur but be strong enough to trust. Light as a feather because of the alloy it is, but it feels like very strong metal. 18” fits my dog perfect, and my dog likes having it slipped over her head already. The corrections with this are the best corrections I’ve had with a chain collar, and even though the links are large they do not hang up when you correct. Bought another one for my new Lurcher pup. Still love these collars, I dont think the collar itself darkens the dogs fur, I think the tags I use do. Regardless of that, still the nicest chain collar I've purchased.

Great quality and perfect for what it is advertised, hence the 5 stars. However, this is not a collar that will help to control a dog who pulls. My 6 month old German Shepherd pulls and I bought this to show in but had to switch back to another collar for now.

Really good but tricky to get correct fit. Trainer told me to get 18-19inches, I bought the 21inch to be extra safe and still I feel like it could be a bit bigger. It's works but I do think my dog will outgrow it pretty soon though.

Just recieved it looks beautiful on my Rottweiler/Dutch sheperd Buerocon dog!! Perfect for his double coat ... So far i cant tell, but if it is real HS then it should last awhile as a professional dog trainer i only recomment HS. This should be bought if your dog is already trained via HS prong collar or and with e collar .. as its not perfect for training purposes persay. A regular sliplead would be better for training Costly.. yes. Beautiful color looks ROSE GOLD PLATED . i even bought metal polish as it says its with high levels of copper and i hope its REAL HS then it will be durable with no tarnish in long run as the HS prong collars ive had for 3 years still perfect ... Easy to use , just slip a few links into one o and slide . The fit is to size as i got the 26" for style as he is off leash trained. His 20" is for daily as his neck measures 19-20 ... and must fit through head so choose 24' Comfort is 100% he doesnt feel it at all Will follow up about durability seems very durable for now Expensive hope it is well worth it ! As the HS stainless steal prongs that i always recommend to train with . The 26" is the 3rd one The largest one for weekend bling He loves it in comfort it does have weight to it Update recieved short link 26 3mm instead of long link 26 4mm ... tarnished in one day of wear of 2 hours .beautiful but not long haul

Not thrilled with how the long links work,,, but does seen very sturdy.

Perfect training collar...so much better than the choke collar which is terribly uncomfortable for the dog. well worth the expense

Está muy bonito, a mi perro el tamaño de 21 pulgadas le queda grande como crucifijo cuando no esta con la correa y el de 18 le queda estupendo, el modelo de curoagan era el único que tenia ese tamaño, esta muy bien, pero si se ve un poco buchoncito, el que a mi me encanto fue el color plateado matte.

Es excelente producto a un precio muy justo. Solo que esta muy pequeño.

SIENTO QUE SE DESGASTO MUY RAPIDO, como que se pela el recubrimiento superficial y queda la aleacion que se ve como sucia. En fin no esperen que conserven su brillo como uno de acero inox
