Maybe good but not suitable for everyone.
Didn't worked for me as it has Sorbitol a polyol/FODMAP. Polyols can draw water into the intestine and can cause bloating, abdominal discomfort and diarrhea.So it created problem for me.People who are suffering from some indigestion or some stomach related problem should avoid this.In my opinion any person having problems like above can take a simpler sorbitol-free fish oil.I will also try that.Hopefully it would help someone reading this.
