Fit great. This is a must have if you are working in an area like I occasionally do, a walk in cooler with 3 compartment sink. Ordered Small in this shirt too. It's a little more stretchy which can work better and it's a little more breathable. I use as deep pressure sensory shirt and sometimes as an extra base layer to keep warm in winter. It wicks away moisture, so if it's hot and there's a constant breeze and/or it's dry outside you won't overheat like you would in a normal thin long sleeve. You might have to spritz water on your arms if you start feeling uncomfortable but you will quickly see what I mean about cooling effect as it dries quickly. I also it's perfect if you work in a refrigerated food production area, especially when doing dishes, because it shields you from the frigid air trapping a little warm air next to the skin but when your sleeves get wet despite your best efforts, they dry quickly to your not as frozen & miserable as cotton would leave you. Plus this shirt seems to resist odors as far as I can tell. I work, workout, ride a bike through town ect in this shirt all the way until the temperature outside gets above 85°F with humidity above 80%, I have worn it as well in 90°F super dry climates and also found it comfortable. Plus if packing as a backup layer, it packs much smaller than most shirts.

Fits really nice, keeps me cool when I get hot and keeps me warm when I get cold. I wish the arms were a bit more elastic so I could roll them up for work. But overall very solid product. 👍

I got this as wearable sunscreen to go under my short-sleeved shirts when golfing. I usually take an extra large in most things but went with a large here and it is perfect. It is plenty long enough to stay tucked in, not too tight and the sleeves are the perfect length to where they don't extend over my palm and get in the way of gripping clubs. Had I bought the XL, I think this would have been baggier and been more like a rash-guard than a compression shirt, and the sleeves would have been too long, like the ones on my XL rash-guard.It breathes really well, keeps me cool and does not make me overheat. If I where something less breathable over it, it acts more as a warming shirt.I will order more

Feels great. I'm glad that I read the reviews before buying. It fits tight; therefore, everyone should go one size up. I usually wear an XL and I ordered XXL. And trust me, it still sits tight as it should. Also since I am a tall fellow with long arms, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect sleeve arm length. And for a great price as well. No complaints.

I bought this as a long sleeve layer for summer that wouldn't cook me. It amply delivers on this providing sun protection, what it also does is quick moisture away phenomenally. Not only is it great for summer but cool weather when warm layers can saturate you in sweat, so it's become an all season bit of kit at a price point way below equivalent from Assos etc. Highly recommended.
