As Far As I Know it Works
Of course, I don’t know if it truly cleans my gear. I believe it does. It’s really easy, quick and thus very helpful when I’m short of time. I have not noted anything negative. I still wash with soap and water every two or 3 weeks. I’ve been using this product for over a year. By now, I am a repeat buyer.

Does what is needed well.
Using this every day I really appreciate its ease of use. Plus it cleans and sanitizes well. After it dries there’s no noticeable odor.

Great cpap daily cleaner
Quick and easy daily cleaner. Better than wipes because it can get into all of the little nooks and crannies. Drys quickly and the no-rinse is awesome. Container lasts a long time.

Amazing Product Really Works
This stuff really works!!! I had my doubts and was ready to be disappointed, but needed a product that would kill bacteria on the foam seal of my CPAP mask without harming the foam. Even with replacing the foam cushion monthly, I was getting smelly & discolored growth on my CPAP mask seal within 10 days of use, UGGGGHHH. I have been using this product for 5 weeks now & have no more issues with bacteria growth. The mask foam seal stays clean and odor free. I apply it every morning after CPAP use and it dries after a few hours. It does not seem to degrade the foam seal any, at least for a 1 month period of use. I also follow up with a piece of Kleenex tissue soaked in rubbing alcohol and lightly rub it on the foam seal. I too have had occasional problems with the sprayer "locking up", but only momentarily and not often enough to drop a review star.

It is the best cleaning solution I have found, you spray it evenly let it dry and you're done
I highly recommend this product, I use a heated hose and I am not a fan of using soap and water to wash my equipment, every morning I unhook my hose and I put a couple of sprays into each end and then I twist the hose around lifting one side and then the other side until the inside is evenly coated with the solution. I then hang it to dry and it's ready to go every night disinfected and dry. No rinsing required, it's the best product I have found by far. Now I just need to find some quality CPAP cleaning wipes that are thick because the ones that I purchased on paper then. They should have only but have the amount and made them twice as thick. When I find a good brand of wipes I will update with a recommendation on here

Product is great, no complaints. Packaging though, needs work UPDATE 31 MAY 26: Fixed
As in title the disinfectant itself works great -- spray in a couple of pumps in your AirFit nose pillow hose and manifold, then one in each nostril pillow. Even when swabbing with purpose-made CPAP swabs thru same, the slight smell that used to be there betw. scrubs soap/water, is gone. Proves swabs (using 1% phenoxyethanol) aren't always the most thorough way to sanitise your CPAP equipment. Was attracted to the fact hypochlorous acid is used by your own body's tissues to defend against pathogens, plus degrades into harmless saline solution and water. So given the latter claim, was curious to see if it was true, or just hail-Mary marketing as many such products can be on Amazon. As above, this actually does what it says in the ad copy -- brilliant. But one problem that somewhat tarnished this product for me, esp since I'll be reordering it regularly: the spray nozzle is laughably poor at what it's expected to do. Spray pattern is very weak, but that locking mechanism behind the trigger -- who green-lit this design? Where is 'spray' and where is 'lock'? Can only find either by fumbling with the 'selector' a few seconds -- no marking, only vague click detents... why is this used? Not to mention several other users here have commented their bottle arriving damaged -- well not surprised there, this looks a preemie version of an actual spray nozzle, and has no cap to survive being tossed like footballs by your local overworked, frustrated last-mile parcel carrier. So love the product. Dislike the spray nozzle nonsense enough to dock it a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ _ -- UPDATE 31 MAY 26: Received a new pair of CleanSmart bottles of product from here a few days ago, opened and began to use the new bottles -- they've fixed the on/off switch problem (comes with a lever now, to easily distinguish by feel) and also fixed the spray issue -- feels as if they've improved the metering, which means fewer sprays to get product where you need it (thru my 6' 19mm main hose). Adding a star for addressing the only close-to-showstopper complaint I had with this product -- disinfectant still works as good or better than last batch received, just now makes turning the spray nozzle on and off (protecting the liquid in the nozzle and straw viable, for less waste) quite intuitive and time-saving vs. before. About the only suggestion I'd have for improvement, is to add some sort of cap to protect the mini-spray nozzle from damage in shipping, since I live where a long transit's necessary thru many underpaid / overworked hands. Upgrading to five stars -- thanks CleanSmart for listening to your customers and improving your product, rather than make excuses and dare paying customers to do something about simple flaws in production, like so many less-ethical vendors here on Amazon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean smart CPAP disinfectant spray
The spray makes it easier to clean your CPAP machine only problem is it leaves a ammonia smell. So make sure you rinse your hose as well. Other than that works great
