great coffee, compact machine, easy to use
I have a small camper van this is a very efficient, clean way to get perfect coffee. Lavazza coffee is excellent, coffee grounds easy to dispose - no mess. Make sure the new pod is lined up correctly, press metal bar down firmly so that the pod is pierced both sides, when opened move the bar as far back as possible (then it won't leak !!) make sure the pod drops Sadly it doesn't bounce, so my old trusty machine needed replacing. There was no contest, even though there were many more options. Lavazza coffee capsules are excellent.

Great but for expressos only
Its great for Expresso and although you can pull the bottom part to accommodate larger mugs, once you finish and pull the leave up, the machine cleans by injecting water and because you have removed the bottom section for your large mug, the water will spill on the worktop. So stick to small mugs and expresso's and it great: - expresso 4.8/5 - ease of use 5/5

Great Little Machine
Had the smaller mini version before. Think the Lavazza pods are best of those available so decided to upgrade. This is well worth the extra money. Real premium solid feel. Mechanism better than the mini and makes great coffee.

Makes good coffee!
I got this to replace a worn out Gaggia bean to cup machine, and have to say it makes better coffee at a fraction of the cost. You are tied to Lazazza coffee, but it is good coffee.

Overpriced
Great product and work very good. But just as I used I discovered that is well overpriced in Amazon. You can buying it for half price in John Lewis par example. Bad luck for me.

Great mini espresso machine
Very easy to use and clean. Makes a delicious coffee

Dont buy this!
I had one of these machines for about 4 years, no real problems. It eventually failed and the capsules were not punctured properly. Bought this identical new one and has failed after just two months of use - Water pours all over the kitchen top. Struggling to find out how to return it as faulty!! What is going on Amazon?

Leaks inside
When this machine decides to work, it makes a very nice cup of coffee. Gone through so many more pods though when coffee gets dispensed inside the machine instead of into cup.
