It is very simple and easy to use and to storage!
✔ Light pressure pushes blades downward (like a stamping movement) to penetrate the meat until you cover all surfaces.
🛑 Do not overdo it will make the meat mushy.
It will create tiny small incisions or holes breaking down the collagen and connective tissues that make the toughness of the lesser cuts of meat and hard to eat!
It has a protective cover to prevent any accidental cuts or harm from the blades.
Warnings:
👉 Use always with any kind cutting board to prevent dulling the tips of the blades.
👉 Do not use it on the kitchen countertop. It will damage.

I don't know of any small one. Maybe that's just a different Picture. It don't make sense to have a smaller one. It would cover less area.
