These insoles are a LIFESAER! I was recently diagnosed with MS in November 2020 and my physical therapist recommended these to help me with my balance. I did not know how much of a difference THE RIGHT insoles would make. Immediately after they were inserted into my shoes I felt a complete shift and difference in my stability as well as my back, foot, and leg pain. I will never wear shoes without these insoles again and I liked them so much that I bought a 2nd pair! The only thing that I don't like about these insoles is that you can "hear" me walking because they cause me to "squeak" as I walk. Quite honestly I don't know how much of this can be traced back to the insoles OR if it is more of a "shoe" thing. I say this because I when I bought the 2nd pair for a new set of shoes, the 2nd set of shoes with the insoles in them barely squeak at all. It could have also been because I wore the 1st pair completely out so maybe that's them barking back at me saying "AGONY! AGONY!" Either way, you can't go wrong with these! I will be buying a 3rd paid in the near future.

I was first introduced to these by my chiropractor and now I buy them on Amazon and use a heat gun to mold them to my feet as per instructions from the manufacturer. Helps relieve pronation and knee and lower back pain.

Expensive, but nice. Full length works well because they don’t slip inside your shoes.

Mi podiatra me dio unas plantillas cortas que me ayudaron con mi dolor de espalda baja, pero me provocaron dolor en la parte alta del pie, me dijo la doctora que probara la plantilla completa y se las pusiera a unos zapatos Ortopedicos que compre para ayudar con los dolores de las piernas y espalda baja pues, las plantillas de los zapatos son muy gruesas y me dolía el arco del. Pie resultado funciono la combinacion y los dolores se fueron.Debo decir que tuve un reemplazo de rodilla y mi pisada cambio y no habia encontrado de donde venia el.dolor pero, estas plantillas son muy buenas y comodas, y no son tan rígidas y gruesas. Despues de.probar como 10 diferentes marcas al fin encontre estas que son realmente buenas. .

Firm red insole with enough support in the feet arch. Is a hard foam. I purchase the first Vasyli insole in my podiatrist office. Maybe you need some short break-in. I use this for plantar fasciitis treatment.
