Great Value
Bought these to refill my assortment package. I was leary of purchasing the original assortment, as I never tried this style. I intentionally pulled two separate connections apart, to test the strength and surprised how much effort it took to pull it apart. The shrink wrap works very well and the solder ring too. I use a mini torch and had better results. Great quality and price.

Reliable and waterproof
I also like that the kit includes multiple sizes (26–10 AWG), so it covers pretty much anything I need without having to buy separate packs. The color coding makes it easy to grab the right size quickly. Pros: * Strong, secure crimp connection * Heat shrink seals tight and waterproof * Good variety of sizes included * Great value for a large kit Cons: * A good crimping tool and heat gun are a must for best results Overall, these are dependable connectors that get the job done right the first time. These things are great! They crimp well and the heatshrink is very tuff. Looks like there is adhesive on the inside once you heat them!

Performed flawlessly when I used the proper ratcheting crimps
I used several of the red (22-16 AWG) on an automotive wiring harness repair and they performed flawlessly once I got a better pair of ratcheting crimpers (Klein #3005CR). The heat shrink was thick but responded well to a low-power (Haisstronica Mini) heat gun. I bought the variety pack since I didn't need that many of the reds.
