El magnesio y el potasio dos básicos para la salud del cuerpo... regulando cantidad de procesos... es bueno para muchas funciones, desde regular el tránsito intestinal y digestión, así como la tensión... eso si, yo lo tomo bajo recomendación de un nutricionista.

not a sweet drink but very useful drink
half scoop per 1 litr add very small amount of pink himalayan salt, take few days mornings before eating or with food together, does help clean your body :) can do some time, but have to as with all herbals etc to keep some time of vacation from taking it, other wise become not useful anymore. will buy again def. Thank you! :)
