Works Well
These work as expected and I’m seeing less gnats. I like the cute mushroom look but it’s really annoying to have to pop out the tiny cut out pieces. Also, the piece that goes into the dirt is a little flimsy so it’s ends up getting stuck on my fingers or hands as I try to get them in the dirt. It stays pupright once in the dirt, though. No odor that I noticed

Caught More Gnats Than I Expected
I was honestly surprised by how well these worked. I had a fungus gnat problem in one of my indoor plants, and within a short time these traps were covered with gnats. They’re super easy to place in the soil, don’t take up much space, and the bright yellow color attracts the bugs really well. The adhesive is very sticky and continues working without drying out quickly. If you’re dealing with fungus gnats, I definitely recommend giving these a try. Just remember that the traps catch the adult gnats—you’ll still want to treat the soil if you want to eliminate the problem completely. Great value for the price!

Worked well. Just as well as other brands.
We had a horrible fungus gnat problem this winter. I purchased these sticky pads when I ran out of another brand that was no longer available. These worked just as well. These didn't get rid of the gnats by themselves. What really did the trick was Arber Bio Insecticide. All natural insecticide that has a plant stimulator in it, as well. The house plants love it! It kills the gnat eggs in the soil. The sticky pads are ineffective for killing the eggs in the soil. You have to reapply the Arber solution every 5-7 days. I didn't see a dramatic decrease for about four months. If an application was delayed the gnats started to increase. The yellow sticky pads are handy to give you an idea of how many gnats are still around. Gnats can come with potting soil so it's good to use the Arber right away as a prevention when you repot your plants.

They work
I have an entire room full of plants. When I buy new soil or transplant I always get gnats. These are great at killing them, but I go through these a lot and peeling the white backer off is a pain. The flowers come off easier than the butterflies. Sometimes the butterfly backer rips and then you have to pick it off of the yellow sticky part. They have no odor. I can't say that they look appealing in my plants, but they really work and I catch thousands of gnats every year with these. If you have house plans you know what I'm saying.

Sticky
As soon as I put them in my plants, they filled with nats, fruit flys. And other creapy crawlers. If you have plant's I highly recommend. No spray. Just sticky

It may take a few days, but they do work VERY well!
So apparently I was overwatering a few of my plants when almost overnight I noticed my bedroom had gnats EVERYWHERE. Nobody likes bugs in their space, but these stupid little guys were so annoying! They were constantly in my face or some other part of my body just creeping me out and driving me crazy! I figured they would clear out when I stopped overwatering but I was wrong about that - they just seemed to keep multiplying and it was not a good situation so I was beyond thankful for these little sticky traps to come to the rescue. I will say they have a pretty strong perfumey smell that was quite overwhelming for me the first few days, but I am chemically sensitive so it might not be that bad to most people. I was frustrated at the start of the 3rd day not seeing a single gnat on any of these sticky traps considering I had placed them in each of my planters, but I believe it was the next day that I stopped noticing the perfumey smell and started seeing the little buggers stuck to the traps. You can see in my pics that they are getting pretty full and I probably need to change them out soon. Oh ya there are quite a few traps in the package so you don’t have to keep using one that is covered with dead bugs, just grab a fresh one! It is so nice to say that no gnats have been buzzing around anywhere near me lately. so the short term smell (which I am sure is necessary to lure the gnats) doesn’t seem like such a bad trade off!

Recommend!
There is nothing that will completely eliminate gnats unfortunately BUT these are one easy to use and affordable measure that helps a lot! They are easy to have on hand, easy to swap in/out, and work in any sized plant or pot.

This is a good and reasonable product to buy over and over!
I'm giving it a review as I bought the same thing my daughter did. I don't seem to have any fruit flies or gnat because I have 3 out and there isn't anything on it. I bought them because at my daughter's home she put several in her plants and they were loaded with little gnats. I'm glad in both instances. These are really sticky but the bottom part that you hold does a great job of keeping them upright. I liked the two different designs and plan on putting them on my outdoor plants too. I think that they are durable due to the plastic bottom and also versatile because they can go indoors and outdoors. I may even see if they can handle the chicken coop flies as well. They are a bright yellow so you can instantly see where they are so that you don't touch them and get your hand sticky. When I have gone through the 36 pack, I will be buying them again.
