These pants are not a cotton material or actual flannel material, so they most likely won't shrink in the wash. They are very lightweight, and soft. It's hard to tell if they will be hot to sleep in. Even though I live in Florida, I'm cold natured so this most likely won't be an issue for me. However, sometimes polyester type material can be warm, despite these feeling lightweight. So keep that in mind when purchasing. The colors are very vibrant as well. I really love that they have pockets. My last pair didn't. Depending on how you wear PJs, is how I would suggest choosing size options. I usually almost wear a size small in lounge pants. Size 2-4 in pants, 115 lbs and 5'3. I'm petite but I have larger hips. I decided to go with a size medium because I wanted them to be more baggy. I usually wear my lounge pants low on my hips, so even though these pants were pretty big, they fit nicely this way because they have an elastic waistband with a tie string. I've uploaded pics so you can see that if you wear your pants higher on your waist and you have a smaller waist like me, you may want to order true to your size. Even with them being worn high waisted, I like that the crotch didn't ride up. There was still plenty of room. Unfortunately, they were too big for me to wear high waisted, even with the string tightly tied. I'll stick with wearing them lower on my hips, until I get pregnant. These were also pretty long on me, but I don't mind that. Overall, I'm happy with these and can't wait to wear them in December, since I purchased them to match hubby's flannel Christmas pj's.

These pants checked a lot of boxes for me, and I would buy them again. They are comfortable and fit as expected. I wasn't sure how lightweight they would be, and though I tend to prefer a thicker lounge/pajama pant, these do work for me. Just don't expect them to have that super warm feel of true flannel or a heavier fabric. I usually have a "rotation" of lounge pants for weekends. evenings and work from home days. The joyous 2020 ushered in a new level of remote work, and that is where I went wrong with these pants. It's not their fault. I ordered these to begin replacing other various lounge pants that I finally wore out by using them much more often. I ended up wearing these new pants as my top choice - so EVERY day practically - and sadly, the backside has started to pill. I have only had them for 3 months. I ordered only one pair on purpose to check quality. Now I know these are not daily wearers, but are still good pants. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of five for the durability reason. Again, I say that knowing they might not have been intended for the level of use they are getting. :-) If you prefer a lighter-weight lounge pant with pockets, you will likely be pleased with these for the price. If you need them to last a long time with a lot of use, consider buying more than one pair, or seek a higher quality type at a higher price point.

comfy and fit good! Long enough for tall women too,.as I am 5'8' and they fit great. True to size.

Material: Soft but thin material. NOT COTTON. 94% polyester and 6% spandex, which gives it some stretch. Will probably be a summer only pants for me, but I will test if they hold warmth when it gets colder. Size/Shrinkage: I am 5'1" and got the Small. I did not have the shrinkage problem other reviewers had and they are too long. Wearing as I would normally for pajamas (about 2" below belly button) leaves SEVERAL extra inches of length. Pulling them to sit higher (at the belly button) or rolling at the waist does not fully resolve the length, and causes the crotch to be a little tight. Other Quality: There was no problem with stitching on mine and the pockets are usable size. Overall, not what I wanted, but about what you can expect from a cheap pair of pajama pants online. I'll keep them and wear them with cuffs.

Updated/edited my review- Snagged a 2nd Large “Plaid 4” cheap($22), honestly I’d pay more I love them that much, but who doesn’t love a deal? The best comfy lounge sleep pants I’ve ever owned I live in them once I’m home Soft & great quality, long drawstring that works to tighten the waist(not a fake one) & 2 generous side pockets, amazing length & inseam & they never, ever ride up (hooray!) Can’t speak for the other options but the 2 “Plaid 4” style I bought are 5/5+! 2nd pair exactly the same quality as the first I could probably fit a medium but I prefer them looser & they’re perfect for me without looking big or frumpy Btw I paid for these & I’m commenting all on my own, this is not a potentially biased free product review ————— Fabric & fit is exactly what I hoped for Comfortable with a light thin fabric Seems durable & washed well Hung to dry, never put in the dryer Fabric pattern doesn’t line up at all at the seam but that’s not a deal breaker I’m 5’6” 145lbs & bought large Perfect length & not tight at all Will def buy more when the price comes down again, increased by $8.70 in 2 days, ($20.29-28.99)

I originally wanted flannel but this fabric is soft and did not shrink like flannel would have. Colours were bright and vibrant, very comfortable as well.

The pants are nice and the material is a good quality, it’s just thinner than I expected which causes them to roll up very easily in my sleep and where ever else good for when it’s still slightly warm at night

The material is very soft and it’s perfect for relaxing at home.
