"The Perfect Amount" is a perfect answer LOL. Back in Rich's days it had about 350-500mg per serving, not sure how much it has now. Just do one scoop.

Why does the lable not have all ingriedents

The label has all of the ingredients listed that are in the product. This is the International version so the ingredients are different.

Can you use this to also lose weight?

Pre workout is intended to give you an extra boost of energy for your workout. More sweat, more intensity, etc. While it is not recommended for cardio purposes, a lot of people have said that the thermogenic effect helps them work out longer and sweat more, resulting in some weight loss.

Does this contain sugar? And what is the difference from internal vs US?

No sugar, they use sucralose as a sweetener. Internal? If you mean international I don't believe there is any difference.
