Life savers. Breast feeding in the first couple of weeks is more painful than birth! Those who say it isn’t are lying! 😂 these bad boys can be cooled or warmed depending on what you prefer. Mine lived in the fridge. I used to pump with the pads on for extra relief.

Use this before and after breastfeeding! I keep one in the freezer to soothe my breasts after breastfeeding and one out for the warmth before breastfeeding. It’s not mean to go on the nipple I don’t think but rather around the areola.

I found myself randomly with breastfeeding related pain and this packs when chilled in freezer bring relief , unfortunately not for long but its body vs ice pack so not product fault. Must have if you struggle with breast engorgement at the begining of the 4th trimester.

I hope I make use of it.. but so far when I tried it. It’s quite comfortable
