The gauge does not have any programmability, It only changes colors at the click of a button. And keeps that color as long as there is a 12v constant. Unplug the battery and it goes back to blue face.

No, the 7 Color series does not. However, the Elite 10 Color Series has adjustable high and low warning feature. It would beep and a little light on the face of the gauge would come on.
