Easy to Fix and Tastes Good
75 seconds in the microwave with some water (or coconut milk) and it's a good breakfast or a little snack. This oatmeal tastes good and has a good consistency in the texture, too. Glad I found it. Good bargain, too.

Superb cereal for anyone who wants to eat healthy!
This oatmeal is very healthy. I eat it everyday and feel great. No sugar and gluten free is a healthy combination for anyone. I add fruits or a bit of honey if I want and have it as part of a healthy breakfast. It is also a great value if you buy more than just a box plus knowing I have a stock of cereal boxes at home gives me peace of mind.

Easy healthy breakfast
My daughter has Down syndrome and is a very picky eater. I also try to keep her on a gluten free diet. The individual packets are easy to fix, are just the right amount and she loves them.

The best oatmeal ever
I have this oatmeal every day for breakfast. Even though it's instant, it holds its integrity just enough to be pleasant to eat and delicious.

Gluten free all the other benefits of a quick Healthy breakfast.
Some people in my family only eat gluten-free. I do it on occasion mixing other brands of oatmeal. But I like how sick this one turns out after quickly adding hot water. I had reasons to give up my sweet flavor. After adding boiling water it only takes a few minutes to be ready to eat. Tastes pretty good. Very healthy.

Great stuff.
I don't have a lot of time to futz around. These come in the right size for a serving, and No Sugar!!! I marked the flavor rating as 5 because, well, with no sugar or other additives, all oatmeal is a bit bland. Don't think this gets around that somehow, because it doesn't. I add fresh blueberries, and I figure the fructose is not going to do me too much damage since it's surrounded by good fiber.
