First impressions: Firstly, this item was delivered partially assembled and was brilliantly packed! I have an engineering degree and was just amazed at how carefully the manufacturer had packed the items within the shipping box. Every item was carefully wrapped in either a polystyrene cover or plastic sheet or a cardboard box. Nice work! What's in the box? The shipping kit includes all of the tools you'll need to assemble the machine and even included a couple of AA batteries to power the machine's computer! On my own, it took me 2.5 hours to assemble the machine. The instructions are very logical but the writing on the manual was very small. If you like assembling Lego Technics or building your own furniture, you might find you enjoy assembling the machine. Using the machine: The machine itself is not suited for anyone heavier than 110kg. Its has a higher centre of gravity than the machines you find in gyms. The bicycle function is only suited to people who are average height (maybe 5' 8") because the seat does not rise high enough to enable a taller person to fully extend their legs. This is OK but don't buy the machine if you want a professional cycle trainer or spinning experience. The machine generates a bit of noise so, don't expect a gym-like experience. All in all, a great buy. Well recommended for someone who wants to start out with a small machine in their home during the Covid-19 lockdown period.

Hi, We got the item delivered on time and the instructions were simple. We managed to set it up in couple of hours. However, after initial use, there was some noise, loose parts. We contacted the customer care through whatsapp and we got the support guy on our premise in couple of hours. We had to call them again for few more fixes. But, after that, it is working perfectly fine. Product - 4/5 Support - 5/5

Nice product for the price. However it’s noisy and mine came with scratches☹️ In several areas. Skyland contact person I talked to before purchasing the item, stop communicating after I received it and told him it had scratches.

I like it ,easy to use,customer service is on call, they send people for fix after two days and when l have people the team come back for fixings

Highly recommended! Good product specially vendor assembly service. Assembly guys were very cooperative and on time. Did assembly in 15-20 minutes. Explain the product usage properly.

Like: Stable, value for money, good size, good for cross training & dumbell training at home. Dislike: Handle is very far to hold when cycling while sitting. If seat could be made adjustable front and back like it's top to bottom, cycling would be very easy & comfortable.

This is the most pathetic buy I have got from Amazon. How can you sell and recommend such an average product. It hasn’t been 2 months and the belt has broken twice with threads flying all over my house. It’s a health hazard as well... Called the manufacturer and they don’t want to take it back. Tell me how can I get a refund for this from amazon

المنتج جميل وجيد ، وصلني مفكك ، حاولت تركيبه لاحظت ان هناك قطع ناقصه ، بشكل استباقي وبدون ما اتواصل انا ، تواصل معي مسؤول التركيب وقال بنجي نركب لك ب ١٥٠ ، فقلت له الكلام هذا غير مقبول ومفروض مجاني او تحطونه ضمن سعر المنتج ، قال بنجي بناخد ٥٠ فقط عشان التوصيل . بعدين لما جو ناقشتهم ان ما يصير وكذا وفيه تقييم ، فتعاونو وركبوه مجانا. يعيب المنتج حاجتين ، مافي حامل اكواب او جوال.
