Very nice red wine glasses
These glasses were so well packaged that none were broken. We’ve used these glasses for years and needed to match the brand & style. Excellent for all red wines.

Fragile and impractical.
Very fragile impractical glasses. They have very very thin stems. There are labels on the base you need to take off. One glass stem shattered in my hand while taking the sticker off. I would have returned, but I had already taken a box cutter to the box. I’m afraid to even wash them.

Wonderful Glasses
I have four each of the Veritas options in four different styles. Wonderful glasses. But then I do not drop any glass glasses from a height, and I know to hold the bowl, not the stem, with one hand while I am drying with the other hand. (Riedel makes a perfect drying cloth) I wash (rinse mostly) by hand (takes a few seconds). I.e., I treat them like glass. I have bought thinner glass glasses for wine, tea and even for water for many years because I enjoy them so much more. It has been 40 years or much longer since I have broken even one. … Sure these are more fragile than many, but that is the terrific point, and knowing that, do not mistreat them and they will not break. … Wonderful glasses.
