Didn't work for me
I bought this to merge my keyboards left and right outputs into one signal to go to a powered speaker. It worked for headphones and a recorder but with the speaker, sounds that were centered came out weird, left or right only were fine, and the bass was missing. It only worked properly with a 3.5mm to xlr cable with an adapter. I tried like 3 other cables both xlr ended and 1/4 and none worked. They were all trs so that couldnt be the problem and i tried with ts just in case but then of course i didn't get any right sound. I'm really puzzled. Update: Fools on me! Turns out you can't run a stereo signal to a balanced input, the adapter works fine.

HOSA stands up
I've had always had a good experience with HOSA cables. I used this to split a USB-C to 1/4" TRS cable into a stereo channel to run into my Audio Interface, to record songs of Spotify into Logic, for covers.

Pretty good
It works well and feels all right. It is a little stiff though and I'm worried that it might break overtime. I'm hesitant to bend it in different directions. I feel like there's better options out there that have more flexibility that will lead to better durability overtime.

Just what I expected
Great, simple little TRS to TS breakout. The TS ends are clearly color coded and also labeled tip and sleeve. It has molded plastic ends which cannot be repaired if it breaks, but that's what I expect at this price point.

Does the Job
It is what it is: a female 1/4" TRS split into two male 1/4" mono channels. I'm not sure what all the complaints are for, especially about size and stiffness. It's the size it is and feels solid and strong. No issues with loose connections as my 1/4" male line-in cables literally snap into place. As do the two mono leads on the other end of the splitter. I have had cheap guitar cables in the past that wouldn't make a solid connection as some reviews are describing, but they were free no-brand cables. This splitter is not that. I can't expect anything more from a splitter for the price. It just works.
