This product has very poor fit and finish. The steel rods have sharp edges at the ends. While slotting in one of the rods, I gave it a twist with my palm and I got cut (Please see attached picture). A product causing injury during installation is strictly unacceptable and points to a complete lack of QC on the seller's part. Why don't you run your fingers around the edges of the rods before you send it to an unsuspecting customer? What a third class product...

Thanks to the telephonic support when I called them to inform that the Type A rods are not getting inserted properly. A kind man assured me that they are the right size and if I use a little force, the rods will be fixed in place. This person also was very courteous and requested to submit the photos if the rods were not fitting and they can replace it in 2 days. I fixed it my myself and forgot to let them know but next day Morning I received a follow up call. Thanks LivingBasics for this great product which is absolutely necessary in Monsoon season.

yes it is very easy to assemble..quality 5 stars...height 5 stars... rods n d plastic holders n wings...5 stars.....n 5 stars for amazon too.... can give 10 stars if it had foldable wheel stand n little more in breadth... but still love d quality...

I love this drying rack. It's light, sturdy, and compact. It does not take much space. Very easy to put together. I can dry many items on it because of the number of tubes it has to hang clothes. It's so useful I'm buying another one. Good quality. I recommend this product.

Awesome product I must say.A lot sturdier than the last rack i purchased. Sturdier base with locking facility in wheels. Did come with a assembly instructions which helped me to assemble in 10 min. Quality is great.WORTH BUYING.

I purchased this product based on reviews and waited for it for around 2 weeks as it was unavailable during the lockdown period. Must say, it was worth waiting as product is super sturdy and after sales is even better.I was facing an issue while assembling the product, WhatsApp at the number given in the brochure at 11 pm at night...guess what, the owner, Raunak ji himself reverted and resolved the issue in few messages itself. Can you imagine for more ? Companies like Samsung etc takes atleast 2-3 days to even hear your query and the company I never heard of gave me solution witin an hours time.Go for it, you shall not regret ...even the product and the after sales.Not to forget, you would receive a "thank you" note for choosing Made In India product welcoming in their family too.We all shall will to shop Indian product to encourage these type of indian industries who are willing to serve you however waiting for a chance to be given ! Product is well designed, feels sturdy and has good capacity. Moreover, the seller is a gentleman. I was missing a pair of rods, and he sent those across twice because the first delivery was messed up by India Post.EDIT: 21 DecemberThe steel rods have started to rust. Reducing 1 star.EDIT: March 2021The rods were replaced at no charge by the seller and I'm happy to say that they haven't rusted in 2 years. Adding 1 star.

Very Sturdy Product.. Strong steel plated pipes..This cloth dryer stand is bit expensive but worth a purchase.Happy with the product.It can hold a whole lot of clothes, around 30-40 clothes including heavy clothes like bedsheets and jeans..Till date I've no issues with the product.
