How much can this stay in the shelf at room temp?

It is shelf stable so until the use by or even longer. Once you peel the top off it is just any cereal and will loose it’s crispness depending on humidity. You can eat it dry or pour your milk over it right in the container. If you get these and the 8oz box of almond milk or other shelf stable milk, you have a ready to go meal. I keep a box of milk if the fridge, add a spoon and you can grab and go to eat when you can.

Are they formed by mold ?

it does not apper so as like snowflakes,there are no two flakes alike
