I started taking Gaia Herbs Ashwagandha Root to help with stress and restless sleep, and I can feel a difference. DONT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE PRE EXISTING CORTISOL/ANXIETY ISSUES I have super bad cortisol spikes, more often than not unfortunately. Within 4 days of taking the supplement I feel much more calm in situations I would usually not be so calm in, don’t take on an empty stomach as it could make you feel uneasy, but this is the only supplement/medication I take at all and so far it’s been working nicely. It takes 4-8 weeks to have effects but if you have super high cortisol/anxiety you could feel the effects sooner as I did.
