Could I stick these inside my shoes to keep my foot from sliding around in my shoes when I walk?

You're going to have to be more specific than just "shoes". What knd of shoes? Pumps, loafers, sneakers...what? Reason being, some types would be solved by thicker socks or laces - possibly even a smaller size.

How many total sq feet of product?

These are tiny and was surprised when I received it. If you put them all back to back and arranged it would be equivelant to a half of a square foot approximately

Are these easily removable, or at least wont ruin what you've stuck them to when you want to remove them?

Yes, the Cat Tongue Grips can be easily remover from metal, glass or plastic without difficulty, for instance from the back of a phone or iPad.

Can you doublestack to add thickness?

I suppose the sheets can be double stacked for added thickness but I have not tried it or found it necessary.
