A robust and stable card that I very highly recommend. Do the windows config tweak herein.
Many people have complained about this card. However, it's absolutely a windows bug that will lock the whole operating system, needing a cold-start. This card is brilliant, and performs really well. The issue is dual disk-cache deadlock if you want to look it up. It's been waiting to bite for 25 years, once nvme cards were invented and coupled to fast NICs like this one. It happens because firstly the NVMe DRAM cache filles up, then the windows file cache, then that pushes back into the Windows 11 kernel, which locks up a spinlock. Your whole OS will freeze if your write speed is faster than your NVMe can handle, which this NIC will allow. It's very easy to fix... NVMe drive have an onboard DRAM disk cache, so windows operating-system level caching will conflict, and also degrade general write performance quite noticeably, and cause your operating system to completely lock when writing data to disk copied over the NIC, where the data rate exceeds the random write speed. The on-board DRAM is big (over 1GB), and many times faster that windows disk caching, so you really don't need the windows stuff slowing it down. Find your storage device in Windows Device Manager, open Properties, under Write-Caching-policy, disable write-caching-on-this-device. Reboot. TCP flow control will now work correctly, and while the write speed may drop to zero, that's fine and intended - you're just exceeding the random write speed of your storage device when that happens. It's also better to use the "Marvell AQution 10Gbit Network Adapter" drivers directly from the Marvell website rather than the TP-LINK ones. While the same driver is installed, there is extra stuff bundled with the TP-LINK drivers you don't need. After 30 years working in IT, I've not seen a better value or more reliable 10G card in this price bracket. Highly recommended if you do the above. Update: You must also disable the following in the NIC advanced device settings: Large Send OfFload v1 (IPv4) Large Send OfFload v2 (IPv4) Large Send OfFload v2 (IPv6)

Working great with custom fan mount
I purchased this network card for my PC as I recently upgraded to 3Gbps internet with Community Fibre. After quite a bit of deliberation, I settled with the TP Link card due to the positive reviews and I haven’t been disappointed! Really easy to install the required Marvell drivers and worked straight away. Due to the amount of heat that 10G cards tend to produce, I was concerned about having the card directly next to my graphics card. After a bit of googling, I noticed that someone had uploaded the files required for a 3D printable 40/50mm fan mount, so I decided to try it out. I combined it with both a thermal sensor and a 40mm Noctua A4x20 fan and now temps rarely ever get higher than 45 degrees! Completely unnecessary, yes but it looks cool and is functional 😅. Definitely recommend this card

Generally works, but not high end product
It works most of the time fine. However it has reliability issues when transferring large files for an extended time. The connection may drop which requires restarting the adapter (windows 11).

Good 10gbe network card with a good brand however, would be nice if it was black.
Windows 11 immediately detected the 10gbe card. It comes with Cat 6a ethernet cable with is nice extra. There is a micro DVD disc included but, I had no issues with windows detecting the card however, could be useful if issues detecting the card or no internet connection. Both Low-Profile and Full-Height brackets is included. Issue is that the network card can run hot but, that is common for 10gbe cards so good airflow is needed. The colour tp-link choose is odd personal as red heatsink is quite noticeable in my all black computer as everything from GPU to motherboard, and CPU heatsink is all black. Personal I would think a all black network card would be far better. Overall it is good 10gbe network card with a good brand however, would be nice if it was black.

Great Driver Support. Superfast card.
Installed in my Windows Server 2019 machine in a X4 PCIe slot using the drivers on the website. Not many 10Gb network cards support Server 2019, so very happy. Worked perfectly, I now have a superfast 10Gb connection between my PC, NAS and Server using a 10Gb switch. Great card.

Works with TrueNAS
Excellent - worked first time with TrueNAS server and the supplied Cat 6E cable

Disappointing
Could not get this card to stay connected. Downloaded the correct drivers, but would drop connection constantly (like, every 30 seconds), and even when connected, managed only 107mbps download speed, despite it apparently being a 10gbps card. Returned it and got a different card, which achieves speeds no problem.

No hassle install on Windows 11 Machine
Windows 11 Computer. Installed card into PCiE slot, inserted Cat 7 network cable between card and YuanLey 8 Port 10Gbps switch. Powered up computer. 10Gbps connection! Less than 5 minutes to perform.
