I am so glad I ordered these and tried them. I have been doing a little research on what can help keep my blood pressure regulated, and this is it. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks now on the third week and I take them at night before bed. I wake up feeling great and my blood pressure was looking good when I went to my doctor appointment last week. She has been trying to put me on another medication instead of raising the dosage on the medication I am taking which is only 5mg’s. So I have been doing the opposite and trying to get control of it before she puts me on something else, and I believe this is working for me. I will continue to take it and work on my overall health in the process so I can make sure I don’t have to take more medications just for my blood pressure to look normal.
