I like this for thickening gravies and soups, also I bread my seafood with herbs before l deep fry. Nice and light

For years I have used fine flour to thicken stews and sauces because I didn't know of anything else that would blend into a sauce or gravy. Even then, I normally struggled with lumpy sauces, even with fine flours. When I stumbled on this potato starch I was intrigued and decided to order it. Wow, was I impressed. It blends so much more easily than even very fine flour and leaves no lumps behind. It also doesn't leave a "floury" flavor at all. I will never be without it in the future!

Really love this stuff. Works great for when I cook Asian meals and doesn’t give a gritty texture like some low quality ones can. Over all I’ll buy again.

The product itself seems fine. I feel that the packaging needs to be improved. The lid popped off one of the containers and made a mess. Not impressed with packaging and probably will not reorder unless improvements are made.

I used this product as one of the ingredients to make a gluten-free flour.

Great alternative to use instead of corn starch.

I originally gave them a one star because it sucks when a products packaging fails. However, they sent me a replacement, and it had no issues. So perhaps it was just mishandled by the driver on the first delivery. Product works great for frying.
