I’ve been taking this NOW Foods Double Strength Silymarin Milk Thistle for the past few weeks. I wanted something to support my liver, especially after some heavier nights out and eating like a typical college guy. The 300mg is nice and strong, and I like that it also has artichoke and dandelion for extra help.I take one capsule a day and it’s been easy on my stomach — no weird side effects or anything. The veg capsules are simple to swallow. I’ve been feeling better overall with more energy and just feeling “cleaner” if that makes sense. Nothing dramatic, but solid daily support.The 200 capsule bottle is a great value and should last me a long time.
