I can't remember now what size I bought and I hope this shows in the feedback. But I wear and 11 wide shoes and the size of bought was perfect for me. The fit is nice and snug and how it should be. They did help with the pain and I could walk and stand for a good amount of time, pretty much all day at work. One tip I want to say. Putting them on should go around your toes, but be careful for that pinky piggie as it like to snag on the sock. I found if I wore it over the toes and not like the photo that these worked so much better. Just don't wear them all day and night let your feet relax from these. I did not wear them to bed at all as it's too much compression for one day for me. The quality of material is really nice, I have washed them each week and nothing has gone wrong with them. All in all they work for my planter fasciitis

In my work I am on my feet 7-10 hours per day walking 3-5 miles so my feet have taken abuse over the years. I had symptoms that indicated plantar fasciitis so I was looking for solutions to help and found the PAPLUS 6 Pairs Plantar Fasciitis Socks for Men & Women, Ankle Brace Compression Socks with Arch Support. The fit is good, compression is strong and has not worn out over the last 6-8 months. I wear them alone with joggers and under my work socks for the longer days. The price is good so I have purchased 2 sets to ensure I am covered for the week. The picture is from the PAPLUS site.

I wear women's size 12W or men's 9.5 shoes. I originally ordered size XL and they really do help with my ankle stability and plantar fascitis. I was honestly shocked at how quickly the pain subsided wearing these socks! On days when my feet are swelling, the compression is quite comfortable but otherwise, I wish it was a little more. I'm used to wearing very firm compression socks. So I ordered the size large hoping they would be a little tighter. I really can't tell any difference at all between the two sizes. I've been wearing these just about every day for several weeks now so they've been through the washer and dryer several times. Since it's summer, I've been mostly wearing them with sandals or barefoot around the house. They are starting to show wear already. Not like they're falling apart or anything but the only way I can tell the difference between the two sizes is that the ones I've been wearing are a bit pulled and faded while the others look new. I'm not usually a fan of open toe socks but these have win me over because I get the pain relief of compression socks without having to wear hot socks and "real" shoes in the summer.

Recently had a really bad flare-up of plantar fasciitis that was bad enough that I could barely limp to the bathroom in the morning because those first steps of the day were so excruciating. Tried various things which only sort of helped then ordered these and wore them during the day under my normal socks then left these on overnight. Got up in the morning and - no limping!! The pain dropped by like 80% in just that one night! However, having used them for at least a week or so now, I will say that there are times when they get to feeling a little too tight and I have to give my feet a break. I wear size 11 shoes and so at first, I went with the size 8-10.5 pair which was pretty snug but produced the excellent results above. Later ordered a size 11-13 which was not as tight but still fit and still gives some decent compression. Now, as I'm giving my feet time to finish healing, I'll wear these overnight still, remove them for showering and put on a new pair but then leave them off for a while in the evening to give my feet a break before putting them back on prior to going to bed. Some nights I have had to adjust them slightly or even pull it off the foot that isn't as bad. So overall these have been a major gamechanger but not a complete cure-all (that requires adequate rest, with proper support - such as from these - and then, once enough healing takes place, strengthening to get the feet fully healthy).

These socks are solid in theory — good compression, nice material, and they definitely try their best to support those stressed‑out feet. But for your girlfriend’s plantar fasciitis? Bro, they are wayyyyy too tight. Like “circulation questioning its life choices” tight. They squeeze hard, which might work for some people, but not when the foot already hurts. They do feel durable and the support is noticeable, just… a little too aggressive. If they came in a gentler fit or more size options, they’d be a total W. Verdict: Good quality, but the fit is a menace. 3/5.

I wear these for work every day under normal socks, and they absolutely help with my soreness. After standing for 8+ hours, my pain is much more tolerable at the end of the day. Would definitely go a size up if you're looking for less compression because they do give a good squeeze.

As a bigger person with feet problems, these have helped so much. Especially first thing in the morning! Just getting out of bed used to be way harder with the instant pain in my feet. They’re nice and tight, but not so compressing they dig under your skin. I’ve had these a couple months and they’re great! And they don’t fall apart in the wash!

I got these to help my plantar fasciitis and they provide nice compression where I have problems. Better than the air cast from the doctor. No more swollen feet or ankles. But unfortunately now my calves swell. So it just moved up.

Fast delivery, after a few washes the elasticity doesn’t provide the grip and skids down as you walk 👎. Not recommended- doesn’t help relieve plantar pain as listed.

I really like these socks. They stay put and fit under other socks very well without bunching up and making you feet feel cramped in shoes. They give great support in the arch and around the foot and feel so good on. The first time I put them on it hurt but as a gradually wore for a few hours more each day I began to love them. They seem to be really helping my feet. My feet were not swollen but just ache less now.I highly recommend. Material is different from what I prefer, which is socks that are cotton and more breathable. Just change frequently I guess to stay dry when it is hot or after exercising. I wish there was also an ankle sock version for summer when you wear shorts and don’t want weird tan lines lol!

These really helped my plantar fasciitis. So much more comfortable to walk. Wear them in bed and those first steps in the morning are no longer painful.

For this type of support to work it must not be able to stretch. This stretches like a ladies nylon. Therefore, no support. No returns either.
