Scented Bacterial Odor Control Multi-Cat Clumping Litter

This litter is great. We used to use Arm and Hammer, and just looking at the box would cause my house to look like the scene from, The Mummy, when the monster forms out of a sand and dust storm. It was ridiculous. I couldn't take it anymore and looked for something "dust free". Well this is the ticket. It's not 100% dust free, however, so far it's been 99.5% dust free for us, and we've got 4 litter boxes with this in it. I bought the anti bacterial type and it really seems to keep the odor under control from 3 little monsters. The litter clumps and absorbs well. They don't track it through the house as much as the traditional clay, but, it does seem to require more sweeping up in the laundry room where the boxes are. A worthwhile trade-off for the dust! None of the little monsters had any issues getting used to it, so that was also a plus, and I prefer the easy to handle plastic jugs over the terrible, cardboard boxes. The litter is also MUCH lighter to carry which is another bonus. All in all, great clumping, odor controlling, "dust free", kitty litter. Recommended.

Great cat litter! Works as well as the expensive brands for half the price. It’s a good manageable size, and is low dust so it doesn’t bother my allergies. Easy to scoop as it forms big clumps. It’s a great alternative if you’re looking to save some money.

As someone involved in cat rescue, I go through a LOT of litter and have tried just about every brand out there. Cat’s Pride has honestly become the only litter I consistently buy. The clumping is excellent — tight, solid clumps that don’t fall apart when scooping, which makes litter box cleaning so much easier and less messy. I also really like that the granules are smaller and finer compared to many other litters. It seems more comfortable for the cats, and I’ve noticed much less waste because clean litter isn’t constantly getting thrown out with broken clumps. One container lasts me longer than most brands I’ve used. The odor control is impressive too, especially in a multi-cat rescue environment. Even with multiple litter boxes, it keeps things smelling much fresher than other litters I’ve tested. Lightweight, easy to pour, low dust, and dependable — this litter has made caring for rescue cats much easier for me. Highly recommend for multi-cat homes or anyone fostering/rescuing cats.

If you have cats, you have a litter box. And if you have a litter box, you need good litter. Buying litter in 40-pound containers may be slightly cheaper, but I no longer handle that much weight comfortably. This 20-pound container is perfect for us septuagenarians and for anyone who prefers something easier to lift and pour. The container itself is sturdy, which makes accidental spills less likely. The litter produces very little dust, and the clumps form firmly, making cleanup easy. I also like the secure cap because it allows me to add smaller amounts each day without wrestling with a giant bag. I really like this brand of cat litter because it’s not overly powdery, so it doesn’t leave dusty paw prints all over the floor. It tracks much less than other litters I’ve tried, which makes cleanup so much easier. You also get a generous amount in the container for the price. Overall, it’s been a great choice for us!
