what are the overall dimensions?

I do not recall exact width but it is wide. I cut mine lengthwise and only used the inches side.

Will this peel off after alot of contact with saltwater?

Mine lasted 3 years, with no issue.... except a little fading of color.

Would this stick, and stay on, an inflatable boat?

The glue was pretty good but I dont believe it would stay on an inflatable boat.
