Bought this when I hurt my knee waiting for MRI to find out that had torn meniscus but soothe the joint and helped rebuild still using and will continue to use. Does have small weird taste but add it to a Shake or smoothie and it’s delicious.

Good , not irritating to tummy

I’d been having a lot of hip pain to the point I was sleeping sitting up and this has helped a lot with the pain and I can sleep laying down again and even in my side! This works great, but you should know it tastes like bone broth. I bought it planning to mix it with a fruity drink and that did not work lol! What did work for me was mixing it with a little bit of bullion and just going with the broth theme. It mixes great with hot water.

Easy to remember and use daily, adding to daily smoothie or coffee but fills container only 1/2 full - other review photos are accurate, not an efficient method to store, ship etc - smaller container would save costs and so much waste.

I put a scoop in my coffee every day. I have not noticed any changes in my skin, nails, or hair, but that's not why I am taking it. I had joint pain in my elbows. After about three months of daily use, the pain was gone! I have continued to use it and the pain has not returned. I can lift weights without fear of waking in the middle of the night with joint pain. Yay!

Ok. It’s not THAT bad. But I have a few things I need to talk about…. My back doesn’t really hurt. I’d say it does help with joints… The taste is odd….it dissolves ok and mixes fine…but def needs something with a strong flavor to combat. I tough it down in some cranberry juice with no sugar…so it’s super tart. Sometimes I make jamaica water…once again no sugar….the odor isn’t that bad but it does have a smell. The one thing that makes me not want to take this anymore and why i gave it threes stars…this gives me the worst smelling farts ever….like worse than rotten eggs…and they don’t stop. Like I think chat gpt told me it might be fermenting inside me…but got darn it…its horrible. And the bubble guts that come with it….idk. It might just be me…but never in my life have smelt that smell come out of me…till I started taking this…..at one point I didn’t even know I could have that much air inside of me…just saying…I might have to find something else…

I heard that this was good so I thought I would try it instead of my usual brand. I opened it this morning and it was only half full! Literally they are shipping these huge containers and wasting plastic and shipping costs and shipping space because this could have been a way smaller container.

It's my favorite company. Love that supplement.
