These are great! Very comfortable, both when I have them on my ears, and when I just have them resting around my neck. Nice long battery life (I have listened to music for 9 hours straight, and it didn't take the entire battery life). Good, loud volume with great sound. The controls are very intuitive, and easy to use. So far, nobody has complained about difficulty hearing me or back ground noise when I was using them to take phone calls while driving. They fit securely around the back of my neck, so they don't cause any discomfort with my various hats. Yeah...I have absolutely no complaints about these. I would recommend this set to anybody who wants a nice set of headphones, without a lot of bulk.

slightly heavy, but worth it - good bass, frame does not pinch the top of my ears, and does not bite into my skull either! gets PLENTY loud so even if they have the music loud at the gym, i can still hear my music. it definitely takes a little getting used to - when i first got on the elliptical it felt like they were falling off, but turns out they were just settling onto my ears. only quirk is that while doing crunches, the hard neck band will sometimes touch the floor/pad and move them a little. the solution there was to just turn my head a little to one side or look up so the neck band was touching my neck instead of the floor.no problems while jumping rope, walking fast (3.5mph) on treadmill, or using any of the machines. also not a problem leaning over to drink from the water fountain. once i got used to them, it never once felt like they were going to fall off.Update - battery life so far has been amazing! I only go to the gym 3 days a week for an hour each time, and it lasted an entire month before I had to charge it again.Update 2 - I got a new phone (pixel 2 xl) which has android 8.1. now when i connect to my headphones, the phone's bluetooth icon (in the pull-down quick actions) has a battery indicator next to it. go into bluetooth settings and it actually shows a percentage of the headphones battery life! no more guessing whether i'll have enough juice to finish a workout or mow the yard!ONE YEAR UPDATE - Jan 2019: battery life is still great, and aside from a few scratches on the outside where the headphones rub on itself while folded, i have nothing negative to say. Still connects as easily as ever, shows battery life on my phone, and sounds great. The ear pads are also still in good shape - i've seen others like this start to peel after a while, but these are not peeling or cracking so far.

Tldr: They're not perfect and are better described as "noise dampening" than "noise canceling" but are all around at least decent especially when you consider the price. You get a little more than what you pay for but at the end of the day these are still cheap headphones from a small brand and you can't expect them to perform like a 300$ pair.I don't often write reviews but I've had these things for a good few years and figures I'd offer some honest thoughts.I have bought these twice and it might turn into a third because my new kitten just peed on them and I can't tell yet if they're damaged or if I'll be able to smell the cat pee on them but I honestly love these headphones. I bought them because I can't deal with fireworks and needed sound canceling headphones that would arrive quickly, would be comfortable to wear to bed and also wouldn't break the bank. I purchased the second pair after I thought I'd lost the first one about a year maybe two of owning them and I wanted to still be able to wear them since I was pretty satisfied with them. I found the original pair a couple months later and was so happy to be able to keep a pair in my bag if I wanted to listen to something while out and still have a pair I could use at home so I wouldn't have to constantly be having to remember to return them to my bag.Now. These aren't perfect. But they're pretty good all things considered.The sound quality is good, pairing instructions are easy to follow, the controls themselves are sensitive enough to not have to put any force to them but not so sensitive you're constantly accidentally pausing your music(since they're actual buttons as opposed to a touch pad), the battery life is great and they charge very quickly, the microphone is half decent and for the cost I've genuinely had more expensive pairs that worked worse so I was really happy about that. I don't really go to the gym but I do yard work and a lot of work around the house and don't ever have to worry about them falling off or having to constanrlt readjust them while bending over or moving roughly. The cushions are soft and pillowy, the hooks are loose and the neck band thing that connects the two speakers gives you enough space to move your head around without obstruction or pinching. I can comfortably wear them to sleep and barely even notice I'm wearing them.That being said. Here's some issues they have.The description says they're noise canceling but that's not quite how I would describe them. "Noise dampening" would be a more accurate description instead. You don't have the option to switch between being able to hear your surrounds or not like you do with fancier pairs but if you keep your music at a reasonable volume you're able to be aware of what's going on around you. If you need to drown out noise(like fireworks outside your window in my case) I reccomend adjusting the angle and putting on some loud music with a lot of base or percussion elements and the volume as high as you can comfortably make it go. The shape and materials of the ear cushions help make a bit of a vacuum around your ear which definitely helps with blocking out outside noise but it's not exactly perfect so it does need a bit of extra work on your end via some good audio to help combat the sound. The ear clips are loose but they're still solid plastic with no cushioning on them so after some time or if you have them pressing against you, for example if you're laying in bed on your side, they obviously start getting a little bit uncomfortable. By some time I do mean a few hours. And it's important to keep in mind your own endurance when it comes to having something hooked over your ear, if it's not something you're used to you're definitely more likely to get fatigued by it. I've never worn them alongside glasses of any kind though so that's not something I can comment on.Overall they're good and I'm incredibly satisfied with them and they perform better than some fancy expensive ones I've used in the past.

Sound, durability, weight, fit, and portability are all great. I've repurchased these headphones every time they simply wore out, buying my first pair in 2017, not having to replace them until 2021, and just buying a new pair only because I lost mine. They're my go-to for listening during exercise, doing chores around the house, and any spoken audio (e.g., books, meetings, voice recordings). I hope you enjoy them, too.

I used to have the SB220 for over 6 years until it broke the other day. Ordered this newer model and was highly disappointed to see how tight it was. Put both of the headphones together and the SB220 is a little wider at the top and was very comfortable to wear. The sound quality is good on these but will be returning since too small. Will try to fix the old one that snapped at the earpiece area with some superglue or something.

I bought these after two different pairs of similar Levin headsets broke at one end of the band near the earphone. Apart from the durability issue, I'd been quite happy with the Levin, so my review is based somewhat as a comparison to them.The sound quality is quite good, although I mostly listen to podcasts and not music so I haven't tried to strictly evaluate them in audiophile terms. When I have listened to music I had no reason to complain.The SB221 is made with a semi-stiff, moderately thick plastic band to connect the two speakers, with hinges about two inches from the back of the earphones that allow them to be folded to a moderately more compact size for storage. With soft, fluffy ear cups they're reasonably comfortable to wear as long as the back of your neck is free from anything that might push on them. Notably, because of the stiff band, I've been annoyed that the collar of my winter coat causes them to be jostled and moved out of place. It'd also be an issue when leaned up against a headrest.They are noticeably larger than the Levin, at an inch (25mm) thick and two inch (50mm) diameter, vs 5/8 inch (16mm) and 1.5 inch (38mm). The upside to this is that those earcups provide better environmental sound isolation, but at the cost of feeling overall clunkier on the head and not folding as compactly. In fact, because of frame interference, when folded while they're basically around five inches (125mm) across, they're almost 1.75 inches thick, which is quite the bulge in my slim laptop bag.As a minor issue, the long press you do to turn them off or on is palpably longer than that of the Levin, so much so that the first few times I did it I thought I must be pressing the button incorrectly. It's over four seconds to turn on, versus a little over a second for the Levin. In fact, when I was just timing it right now one of those long presses failed to turn it on, which exacerbates the issue because you have to wait multiple seconds each time to discover whether you need to try again.As with apparently all other headphones like this, there is no way to get an indication of how much battery life is left. This is unfortunate as it is generally better for battery life to let the battery discharge (close to) fully before recharging. They do have long batter life though so depending on your usage patterns you might find it good to have a plan like commute with them all week then charge on the weekends. Works for me.Edit: The following two paragraphs seem to not be fully accurate. More on that in a moment.My main gripe with these beyond how the back of the headband can interfere with my winter coat is related to multi-device pairing. Yes, I know that it is standard with Bluetooth to be able to pair an audio output device with only one audio provider at a time, but what I mean here is being able to use them independently with more than one device.In my case this means I want them to be able to be paired at different times with either my Android phone and my iPad. My experience was that I first paired it with my phone no problem, then turned off the headset and the Bluetooth on my phone. Then I paired with the iPad, also no problem. I once again turned off the headset, and the Bluetooth on the iPad, then re-enabled Bluetooth on the phone. Turning on the headset should have reconnected to the phone with no issues, but instead it makes the connection sound, then some other unexpected tone, and audio from the phone is not directed to the headset. I had to go through a full re-pairing to get the phone to work again.Edit: While I absolutely had that experience above, things seem to work okay now. Even if the headset is actively paired to the iPad, now if I ask the phone to explicitly pair to the headset then it starts getting the phone audio (and no longer getting the iPad audio, of course).The Levin was able to handle this use case just fine. I haven't even bothered throwing my laptops into the mix. Now I have to order yet another set of Bluetooth headphones in my ongoing pursuit for the perfect solution for my needs. This time I'm trying the Besign SH03. They look like they have a similarly stiff band, but perhaps a little more compact overall.

I owned a previous model, SB220 for 4 years until the left channel just died a few weeks ago. I always thought that heavily used headset that can last more than a year is a bargain for a price (under 20 bucks!). I used it with my iPhone(s) at least 1-2 hours a day, often more. The battery held the charge for days till the very end. It folds easily and can be carried in the pocket. I have never bothered with a poach supplied but some people might find it handy especially if you carry it in the dusty environment. It pairs easily, then you just turn the headset on holding the central button until you hear a specific sound shortly followed by a single beep, meaning it is connected an you can start listening.I was really amazed that something of this class can last that long so I didn't hesitate to buy the same brand. I opted for a next version of it, SB221 that was supposed to be very similar with some improvements (and same price too!). And it was: the sound quality is noticeably better. I had to get used to the new shape of controls but after 2 days it was as convenient as with the old ones.I have to note that it sits a bit tighter that SB220. It's not a problem for me but guys with large heads might feel it. Also, it still has no indication that the battery is about to get empty, would be nice to indicate, say, 10% left with some light. You should also be careful with multipurpose central button to avoid it start dialing a random number from your phonebook. The microphone on both SB220 and 221 is not the greatest one, but it is adequate and lets you answer a call and talk without having to grab your phone and pull it out from wherever you usually carry it. Some people complain about sound level, in this case you just have to speak up a bit and it will be OK.Anyway, everything considered it's still a model gadget: inexpensive, sleek, doing what it is supposed to do and lasts more than you would expect. I am yet to see if SB221 can outlast SB220 but it might take a few years to find out.

Ok first this is my 3rd pair in about 6 years,these headphones are absolutely amazing I work in drywall and paint and have listened to these al.ost everyday at work sometimes with a spray sock for dust over my head and a respirator they have excellent sound I listen to Spotify Classic rock while doing all drywall hanging and finishing as well as painting spraying they have given me much enjoyment over the years this last pair is still going after 3 years but battery is weak and only plays 2 hours on full charge ,I use these at home ,the beach, for phone calls etc I broke the second pair dropping them off a roof on concrete but the first pair lasted about 2 .5 years of abuse and daily use ,the sound is terrific the bass isn't pounding but you can download an app to increase that if desired,I just received these and am looking forward to many many hours of my jams and other uses ,but them you won't be sorry ,a charge will last you all day and,they pair up easily every time and have very good range ,and they are very reasonable at $20 for what you're getting, they aren't bulky and you can run or workout and they stay on your ears and neck without any problems ,truly these are one of the best purchases I've ever made on Amazon!
