Pregnacare tablets are easy to take every day. They are helpful during pregnancy for mother and baby health.

Great multi vit for pregnancy, used throughout my pregnancy and they were very effective- never dropped below required iron levels for example. They are quite big tablets though for those that struggle to take tablets- to be fair I used to be one of those but after a while of using I found it easier n easier to swallow them.
