Caution with 3 capsules.
3 capsules as directed, way too strong. Felt drunk all day long. Never again! I now empty half of the capsule, and take the other half before bedtime. Helps me get to sleep quicker and easier! I would have given it 5 stars, except for take 3 directions, which is way too much!

Good for stress
This is a nice, gentle product for stress reduction. The size makes it easy to take; no additional ingredients. Effective if used 3x day.

Helps relieve terrible anxiety
I suffer from lifelong anxiety and am always trying to find non prescription ways to deal with it. I recently came upon this and I can attest, at least for me, it is quite helpful to ease anxiety. I have taken it in the middle of the night when anxiety calls and I cannot sleep and it has been quite helpful. If you take it during the day you will feel a bit sleepy but still functional. I would recommend this for anyone for whom anxiety is a problem seeking a more natural solution.
