Where is this product manufactured?

It's not manufactured in the USA anymore--maybe in England but honestly cannot remember where now as I had to toss the remaining bars. (FYI: Had to quit using this cleansing bar because something must have changed in the ingredients & my skin had an allergic reaction. It was originally recommended by a dermatologist at least 35 years ago. Used it up until about two years ago, after the packaging changed and discovered Oilatum had been transferred/sold to another company outside of the USA. :-()
