As a Labrador Retriever owner whose dog sheds like crazy, I have two robot vacuums that run daily because both aren't that great at pet hair. I just got this broom and used it after both robot vacuums were done with their cycle and I was able to brush out an insane amount of embedded dog fur that left me frustrated with the vacuums. The rubber bristles does a great job at combing out the fur from the carpet. It works more effectively if you use short, choppy, overlapping strokes that will pull the fur from the carpet in a heap of fluff. I tend to be a bit more aggressive with my strokes by brushing harder to get the fur that's embedded in the carpet. It's a workout, but it really does a great job and it also fluffs up your carpet in the process.My only concern is that the detachable handle feels a bit loose at the joints and may bend or break over time. If the handle was a solid, one-piece construction, I would have more confidence in its' longevity. Overall, it's a great product that truly removes pet hair from surfaces!

This broom is wonderful. I read previous reviews and knew to look for specific glitches. I am 5'3" and weigh 130#; also 69 years. The broom works great if you use light strokes and for those younger and bigger than me, really light strokes. I found on carpet, light strokes of the top layer of hair, then go over it again with light strokes. It works great. We have lots of cats, 4 grandchildren, German shepherd, and a bunny. Lots of hair and crumbs. It is a breeze on hardwood floors, kitchen floors. It grabs the hair and crumbs. You need a broom for the dust pan. If it comes unscrewed, gently tighten it and observe if you pull it to the right or left. If all else fails, get a small roll of plumbers tape and wrap the end. This broom is the best purchase I've made in a while, it beats sweeping/ vacuuming, enjoy!o

I always wanted something which can remove hair up from carpet easily and this is such a good buy. Worth the money. Easy to use, removing hair from the brush is a bit tricky but overall it’s a good product.

As a pet lover, I only wish I had discovered the Mr. Suva Pet Hair Remover sooner! I vacuum regularly and even mop my floors, yet Mr. Suva’s Pet Hair Remover still manages to pull up pet hair hidden deep in my rugs, carpets, and even the corners I thought were spotless. I was amazed by how much hair it found after I had already cleaned. It’s easy to use, works incredibly well, and has made keeping my home fur-free so much easier. If you have pets, this is definitely a must-have—I highly recommend it!

I recently purchased the MR.SIGA Pet Hair Removal Rubber Broom with Built-in Squeegee, hoping it would be the solution to my pet hair problems. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. Here’s why I’m giving it a 2-star rating:Disappointing Performance:Despite its promising design, the rubber broom did not perform as well as expected. It struggled to pick up pet hair from my carpets and rugs, requiring multiple passes to remove only a portion of the hair. I found myself spending more time and effort than I would with a regular vacuum cleaner or even a traditional broom.Ineffective on Various Surfaces:The broom was also less effective on hard surfaces. While it did an okay job on tiled and wooden floors, it still left behind a significant amount of pet hair. The built-in squeegee was supposed to help with gathering hair, but it didn’t make much of a difference.Built-in Squeegee:The built-in squeegee feature was one of the reasons I bought this broom, thinking it would be a handy addition. However, it turned out to be more of a gimmick than a useful tool. The squeegee didn’t do a great job of gathering hair or debris, and it felt flimsy compared to other standalone squeegees I’ve used.Durability and Construction:The broom itself feels cheaply made. The handle is not very sturdy and tends to flex during use, which makes it feel unreliable. The rubber bristles wear down quickly, especially when used on rough surfaces like concrete or abrasive tiles.Price vs. Value:Considering its performance and build quality, I don’t think the MR.SIGA Rubber Broom offers good value for money. There are other pet hair removal tools and brooms on the market that perform better and are more durable at a similar price point.Overall Satisfaction:Overall, I don’t understand the hype around the MR.SIGA Pet Hair Removal Rubber Broom with Built-in Squeegee. It failed to meet my expectations in terms of pet hair removal and overall performance. While it might work for light cleaning on specific surfaces, it’s not the miracle tool it’s made out to be. I cannot recommend this product, especially for those with heavy pet hair to manage.

This rubber broom makes quick work of sweeping up clumps of dog hair and the loose "floater hairs" on wood floors. Much better than dragging out a sweeper. It's light weight compared to your vacuum and you don't have to fool with a cord. I have both a corded and cordless vacuum which I do use during regular house cleaning, but I much prefer this broom for quick sweeps to keep things maintained. It only takes a couple of minutes and you're done.

Ona VERY low pile carpet, this requires a lot of downward and pulling force to get any pet fur and things like threads up into the "brush". This causes the cleaning head to skitter and also results in a LOT of force being used on the handle, which causes the handle to flex...it will bend. It is after all, hollow. It's nice that it is height adjustable, but the force needed to get the "brush" to work will break the handle. I went to a Big Box store and bought a wood handle with a universal threaded top, which held the "brush" securely, but the fist problem, that of the "brush" skittering on the carpet, remained. The skittering means the "brush" isn't able to do its job.They are super.It just doesn't pick up anywhere near as much as the copper type metal "brushes" do. They are super, but I have bought four or five variations of the copper brushes (I suspect they all come from the same factory as you'll see that they are exactly the same with different brand names) and with each I have bought, the copper comb falls off. There has to be something that works on very low pile carpet, but this isn't it and the copper ones fall apart if any force is consistently used, and that IS necessary.Tio be fair, I also used this on medium pile carpet and the skittering and handle bending due to downward force was also required, and again, the copper-colored metal brushed work much, much better. But those fall apart in less than a month of vigorous brushing. That's the issue, Either type required downward force paired with pulling, and that just stresses the handles and brushes used, regardless of material. But the copper colored brushes do a much better job, an impressive job really. But they don't last. I even combined a few copper brushes with a solid wood handle and got fantastic results with very little force, but still the copper brushes fell off their handle. SOMEONE has to be able to create a product that combines the effectiveness of a copper brush with the longevity of this type of silicone-type brush with a solid handle. Try this and return it if it skitters, doesn't pick up much and the handle bends. If it works for you, then great. That or use the copper-colored metal type "brushes" and be prepared to replace them frequently.Someone with ingenuity needs to do this right....a copper-type brush head which is permanently mounted to a holder which is paired with a solid pole, that is tested with downward force and pulling force and lasts more than a month. Humanity again went to the moon and back again, so creating a pet fur carpet remover that works and lasts should be easy for someone to do and it would sell like crazy.

Although this is for pets.....I needed something better than a vacuum cleaner for my hair. That's right....my hair. I'm 79 and ever since I turned 73, I've been losing so much hair every day, can't even walk barefoot anymore because of the hair. It clogs up the brush under the vacuum cleaner and I needed to figure out how to get the hair off the rug. This works great!

I picked this broom/squeegee because I’d seen several European house cleaners on YouTube use a squeegee to dry down tile floors and thought this might work for mine. It actually works very well for polished tiles- the rubber broom iscrubs the floor, and the squeegee removes the water and the enclosed microfibre towel absorbs the water better than any microfibre towel I’ve ever used. The metal handle snaps together in three pieces - true, it’s a bit wobbly but not as awful as people make it out to be. I tried using it on my carpet for pet hair and it worked well - as others have mentioned, it’s a bit of a workout to get the fur up but works pretty well I thought.
