The taste is nice compared to other pre-workouts, though I sometimes get a slight aftertaste. It feels a bit acidic. The pump is noticeable but doesn’t seem to last long, maybe 30–35 minutes. It’s quite expensive, and I was expecting more. I’ll keep using it and may update my review if I see better results.

Just throw mine in garbage. It has toxic lead and a warning on it. It shouldn’t be allowed on the market even. Most of supplements are not tested by the health and food regulations however has a warning on it so you were informed!

Unbelievably expensive for just 10 days of usage. I thought if it was at least 20 days it would make sense. But 10 days for 150-190 dhs is crazy expensive. Don’t recommend. Should be clearer on the front. Not in small writing. Won’t return though, its known to be the highest quality so lets see. Also i need a pre workout for today… ugh. Capitalism.

I love that they add the right doses and without Sucralose. They took one step up by using clean sweetener. But the price is so high and didn’t like the idea of not adding BCAA and creatine

Great pre-workout, tastes better than most more "natural" ones

As someone who lifts 6 days a week and takes training seriously, Legion Pulse has become my go-to pre-workout. I've been tracking this product for a few weeks and after reading several positive reviews; I was excited to see this product make its way to Canada. However at 2.71 CAD per serving, I was ultimately disappointed in the quality. With 350mg of caf, I was expecting more stim but this product leaves much to be desired. The mix-ability is great, the taste is neither good nor bad, but I did not really feel the effects of the aminos. I observed no twitches or shakes - which I am normally very sensitive to. It was a fun experiment but there are much cheaper and in personal opinion, better quality products on the market.
