How do I tell the expiration date?

All our products are manufactured with a two year shelf life and we recommend use within that time frame. You also can call our customer service department at 800.445.2595 and your product name and the lot number located on bottom of container (letter followed by 3 digits.).

Is it a cream or gel? And is it thick or thin?

It’s more like a cream. It looks thick when you pump it, but it’s very thin on the face, like nothing is even there. I highly recommend. You can also mix a drop of moisturizer with it.

What is the percentage of retinol in this product

I contacted the manufacturer and they said you just multiply the product x by 0.1, so 10x equals = 10x0.1= 1% retinol, 5x equals = 5x0.1= 0.5% retinol, 1x equals = 1x0.1= 0.1% retinol. All the other ingredients are the same.

A much less expensive product is 15% retinol, so how can this pricy stuff be worth it with 1% or less?
