Really great for the time of month moods
So I have PMDD. One week before my period, I get very clingy, emotional and very anxious with my partner. So I started doing research and found that this helps with those types of mood swings. I promise this works within 15 minutes of taking them. And lasts usually the whole day or most of it. He said he noticed a significant difference as well.
