Since most skin care products seem to be different for each person, I’ll write my experience based on my type of skin. So this product made my skin feel very soft after I used it. I immediately noticed that a lot of the redness had gone. It definitely calmed my skin, or at least did something to make it less red. So I’m fair skinned, but can still tan pretty easily. Can burn without sunscreen very easily as well though. I have sensitive skin, tends to be dry. I have a LOT of redness. It’s not really rosacea (although I have a tiny bit of that with age and sun exposure), but my face just tends to be red, always has been. I’m convinced this product calms the skin and that that is what causes some skin redness (not necessarily rosacea).

So I just had my very first rosacea flare up. Went to the derm and have been using their prescriptions religiously which are slowly but surely helping. I was nervous to use anything else on my face as it is so itchy and sensitive I was worried to cause more damage. I caved and used this mask about a week and a half into my new routine. I used a very thin layer and it did burn a little upon application so I panicked but I did wait it out and was very surprised at the redness relief. When I took it off my skin felt like it had some residue but honestly I think that was helpful for soothing my skin. I’m very happy I was able to find something to use during the flare ups. I will definitely make sure I have this on hand at all times for future flare ups.

Product seems to work well. I have acne prone skin. However the scent makes my eyes burn and water. I’m not even putting it near my eyes! Hopefully for future formulas that can be toned down.

I had my first breakout in years, it seemingly came out of nowhere. Literally nothing else stopped the breakout or calmed my skin. I used this every night with an acid exfoliatiant and my entire face is clearing up. I could literally feel my skin go from inflamed to soothed. No new acne or breakouts

I am struggling with adult acne right now, I wouldn't say it's horrible but with trying out face masks/clay masks and with the cold weather right now, my face gets super dry! I also have a huge problem with getting red super easily and I have struggled with it for years. If I dont wear makeup, my face gets red throughout the day and its super embarrassing. Since I have been using this face mask (every other day or 2-3 a week) along with the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Deep Pore Cleansing clay mask (once a week), I have noticed a huge difference in the redness and softness of my face. I wouldn't say that it really does much for the acne but I can go the week without wearing foundation or any makeup and not have to worry about the redness. LOVE THIS STUFF. Its has a bit of a tickle while wearing the mask, but not too bad!!

I love the Mario Badescu line! Just recently purchased this and it is an awesome mask. I like to go back and forth between this one and the drying by mask. I love I a very hot, dry climate and this make gives me the rejuvenation I need! My skin is very sensitive and I have no issues with it causing breakouts.

I got this because i just moved to a new location and my skin was freaking out. My cheeks were getting blotchy and irritated and i just needed something to calm it down. It smells wonderful, goes on and comes off easily, and it helped! My cat likes the smell which is a plus. I don't recommend letting them lick you but azulene is supposed to be non toxic for them from the little research i did. If anyone has more information on that, I'd love to hear it!

I’m not really sure if this works or not. It’s actually kind of drying on the skin, I have normal to dry skin and a lot of redness on the cheeks. I haven’t really noticed a change in the condition of my skin after using it. Will continue to use it weekly but maybe this is better for acne prone skin.

Calms my skin everytime. Can occasionally feel mentholly which scared me but to my surprise it def calms it down and takes a lot of the redness away.
