Does this product work for people with eye bags? I searched eye bags in Amazon and this product came up. Thank you.

I've been using this product for the past five months. I've seen my skin smoother and clearer since I began to use it. I don't know if it will reduce eye bags drastically but I do know it works when the skin under your eyes looks swollen from lack of sleep or if you've been crying. It sort of smoothes the skin.

Is this product good for reducing the dark circles ?

This product works great for dark circles, the caffeine in the product will help stimulate the blood flow and reduce the darkness.

Is this hydrating? The skin around my eyes gets very dry. I need something that is gentle and hydrating.

For gentle and hydrating, I'm not sure this is the right product for what you describe. Have you tried coconut oil or Borage oil? Regular coconut oil that you use for cooking, etc. will do the trick. Take a small amount of either coconut oil or Borage oil and gently apply around your eye; all natural and contains no harsh chemicals. That's my opinion.

does this product contain a fragrance?

It smells like coffee; ingredients include coffee seed extracts and other herbal extracts like rosemary and thyme, but there is no "fragrance" or "parfum" or "perfume" listed, so it's all natural. Whichis great because I hate skincare products that add perfume.
