Traditional Medicinals Organic Chamomile with Lavender Herbal Tea, 16 Tea Bags (Pack of 1)

One of the top 5 brands of tea who does not use plastic in processing their tea bags. All their teas are flavorful and organic. I have several flavors and this one is great for relaxing and before bedtime.

Our go to bedtime tea, have been drinking this for years. Have tried all the brands and still come back to this one. Now it’s set up on a subscription here so I don’t run out.

I wanted to love this, but it isn’t the tastiest cup of tea, but it isn’t bad. It’s not hard to drink, but perhaps an acquired taste. It doesn’t not taste the way lavender smells, if that makes sense. It is mostly redolent of chamomile, which I like. The taste is just the way you would imagine an herbal tea to taste like. On the other hand, it does seem to relax the nerves and promote a more restful sleep. I’m pretty sensitive to reactions to food/medicine/smells, etc, and I definitely feel a positive difference in sleep. I’ll continue drinking it, unless the price goes up!

This is a lovely tea to drink right before bed - the flavor is surprisingly good considering the flowery nature of chamomile and lavender. My kids look forward to it in the evening. It is good with or without honey. We aren't convinced that the ingredients themselves actually help with relaxation and sleep or if it's just the placebo effect, but it is effective either way. I appreciate that there are just three ingredients in this tea and that there are no mystery "natural flavors." I also appreciate that the label lists the amount per serving. I do wish the information on the box would address whether the tea bags are bleached or unbleached and whether microplastics are involved. This would help me worry less about what could be leaching into my tea while it is steeping.

Excellent. Good quality. Definete help with sleep. No groogy,hangover. These two are calming,and enhance each other in a synergystic manner. Very good for the body and mind,systemically.

Getting off the caffine train during the day so I make a batch of this tea (One gallon per 4 bags) and put them in a glass pitcher and it is just perfect!!! Very refreshing with no afterbite or taste. Love it and highly recommend it if you are getting off the caffine train.
