yes it is adjustable, has several different alarms ( regular, hourly and 3,5,10,15,20 minutes, also a stop watch. no light

How can you adjust? please help its too big

There are you tube videos. Although a different style watch, this one helped me.... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_sKnDS8Uz90 or

Is anyone concerned about or know anything about the birth defect warning on this watch?

You may be seeing a warning required by Proposition 65 in California that applies to numerous chemicals and substances. I generally don't pay much attention to it because it occurs so widely that I don't see how to avoid it. From wikipedia: "Proposition 65 is administered by Cal/EPA's California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA).[2] Proposition 65 regulates substances officially listed by California as causing cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm, in two ways. The first statutory requirement of Proposition 65 prohibits businesses from knowingly discharging listed substances into drinking water sources, or onto land where the substances can pass into drinking water sources. The second prohibits businesses from knowingly exposing individuals to listed substances without providing a clear and reasonable warning. "

Do you have a same one with the same features (e.g. timer) for man? Thanks!

I believe there is a men's watch that is very similar
