وصلتني عبوة كريم الشعر بحاله سيئة جدا ، رغم وجود شريط لاصق حول العبوه لحمايتها إلا أن الكريم من شدة الحراره تدفق خارج العبوه، اعتقد البضائع تخزن في بيئة سيئة او توضع في منطقه بلا سقف حيث تتعرض البضائع الي حرارة الشمس المباشره ، استلمت العبوه ولاكثر من نصف ساعه والعبوه حاره جدا .
