Purchased them throughout the years, several times. Not a single problem, not any sign of rejection from my body, is food based so it's by default better than anything that is not food based. I even did an assisted water fast back in Dec 2022, in which instead of fasting with only water (which becomes dangerous after the 10th - 14th day) I fasted with water and assisted my minerals and vitamins needs, with a mix of 2 MegaFood vitamins and minerals products (the other product being their Men's One Daily Formula, which I consume half a serving, i.e. half a tablet, alongside 1 full tablet of this Men's Advanced Formula, which is half a serving too), and kept the fast sound and healthy to a surprising 21 days, and completely rejuvenated, especially my skin. Later I did a 31 days long assisted water fast in Jun 2023, and these MegaFood vitamins and minerals products were the cornerstone supplement that kept me throughout it. If the bioavailability of these food based vitamins and minerals formula didn't work the way they do, and if they weren't food based, I wouldn't be here writing this, and otherwise my body organs, especially heart and lungs, would have collapsed and stopped working mid water fast. They carried me through 31 days of a simulated extreme famine, and that's enough evidence for me that this product does in fact deliver a highly usable/absorbable vitamins and minerals formula to its user. Although I don't recommend for normal/untrained persons these sort of fasting session lengths, and it was a personal experiment to heal my lower back pain (which I was successful for a certain time frame), the only thing you might want to consider adding is magnesium, Iron, calcium, sodium and potassium, the first 3 of them also available here in different MegaFood formulas. These are legit food based products that works as intended, and I haven't found a single brand that does better. Although they are more expensive than cheap, synthetic, over the counter formulas, the price isn't anything to complain in my opinion. You get a daily dose/serving of 20-21 types of nutrients (depending the formula you get) for less than $1 per day, tax included. I personally spend around $58.50 for a 2 month supply (60 days) buying 2 different multivitamin and minerals formulas for men. A sound healthy diet is meant to be consumed too and along this multivitamin and minerals formula, but even if the person has deplorable eating habits, consuming a serving of these products a day can cover and fulfill the nutritional gaps a poor diet yields, helping the person to at least obtain a high quality array of nutrients for the body to handle the extra stress of modern diets, or low quality food consumption, that would otherwise not do as well without. I have personally reduced and successfully cancelled most of my recurring headaches in the morning, that I have been having these past 6 months, by reintroducing this product into my daily intake. Along with that, I have experienced in a two months long transition: Better metal process/performance, Clearer thoughts, Better/uplifted mood, Lapses of higher motivation, Slightly better sleep (magnesium help better for this), And overall, a better state of well being, in the midst of not having exactly a nutritionally balanced and healthy diet, and I wasn't expecting any of that from a change in nutrition alone by adding these food based vitamins and minerals, I was just trying to get rid of sudden obnoxious headaches and figured my current lifestyle and nutritionally deficient diet might been the culprit (to a great, it was) For me, that's more than enough to know, and certainly acknowledge, that these are not placebo effects. The slow but steady changes in mind and body have been real, when the body is less nutritionally deprived, or suffering less deficiencies, of the essential nutrients it needs to be provided on a daily basis. This specific product brand, in my multiple personal experiences, completely deliver within that context. Not a single stomach problem. Flavor is not a "Con" for me, and if the size is a problem, use a pill cutter and swallow the daily serving in smaller portions.

These multivitamins are just what the doctor ordered. They are more complete than the more well known brands, and use better ingredients and better forms of each vitamin. For example the B12 in this formulation is methylcobalamin, which is much better for your body that the cyanocobalamin found in almost all other multivitamins. Why does this matter? Because Cyanocobalamin is a cyanide based compound. It's okay in small amounts but for daily use you don't really want to be taking that. And that's just one example. These vitamins may cost more than your generics or even some well known brands but I guarantee it's worth it. This is one of the highest quality supplement brands you can buy. Do note that one service is actually two pills. It says this on the bottle but I did jot read that at first. So 60 pills is a month supply, and 120 is two months, etc. So just keep that in mind. Besides that, no issues with these. I also don't get an upset stomach with these. I tolerate them very well. I definitely recommend these vitamins.

I am a woman but I bought these anyway; I didn't see a lot of difference between the men's and the women's formulas except this one had more of the minerals I was looking for. Anyway I have been taking one tablet per day for a few days now and what I notice is more energy! After covid I just never could stop feeling tired every day. These tablets seem to be changing all that; I feel as though I can really get things done instead of just dragging myself through the days. The tablets are large-ish but okay to swallow and I personally didn't feel any nausea or any other bad effects. In fact I really didn't feel I had taken anything at all, I just feel more energy and stamina to power through the days. I will definitely buy these again.

my man said he hasn’t noticed any bad symptoms. helped a bit with energy because we think he was deficient in something but we’ll see if that lasts.

These vitamins are great. They are the only vitamins I take. I definitely recommend them.
