Product seems exposed to moisture as tablets are all stuck together and very difficult to separate. Though packaging was sealed the tablets are all fused together in a solid mass

I’ve been using this product for over 10 years. I used to use it when I worked out to help avoid muscle cramps but now I take it daily for the extra electrolytes.

I drop these in my water bottles if we’re heading to the beach, park, zoo, etc. - electrolytes with a refreshing bubbly! I’m super picky with water enhancers and this is by far my fave brand! The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is cause You have to cut with a knife in order for it to fit into a regular water bottle- and it makes a mess on the counter with crumbles .

The flavor is mild and nteresting and not bad. Everytime I buy nuun off Amazon I feel like they're not as good as when I used to buy in stores but maybe they've changed the recipe, idk. They still do the job!

Easy to use and very effective!

I don't count my water intake. I don't think 'Drink 8 glasses of water a day' is a rigid guide that must be followed. However, I am aware that I need to drink something to counterbalance all the coffee I drink, especially on days I do a cardio workout and sweat a lot. These little tablets make my water bottle contain something more flavorful. So I tend to drink a bit more before and during my workout.
